We performed a range of due diligence projects in support of several MCG investment transactions in software product and services companies.

Analine Technologies is a Boston MA based startup provider of environmental data management services. We defined the product strategy, and two products (MAP and AIM) to a level suitable for a build cycle. We selected and integrated an implementation team, and delivered a first product prototype. We serve as the company’s Chief Products Officer.

Johnson & Johnson’s EH&S Group manages the Environmental, Safety and Health professionals across 80+ business units in 60+ countries. We conducted a comprehensive requirements analysis for a new system aimed at 2,500+ internal users, including focus groups and voice-of-the-customer interviews. We also delivered a functional specification and software model for the system.

eCapitalEdge is a Chestnut Hill, MA based early stage B2B clicks-and- mortar venture providing services to the commercial mortgage industry. We created, architected, and implemented eCESS, a Web application supporting quote generation, reverse multi-varied auctions, and multiparty communication.
